Medical Insurance
The Firm currently provides Anthem—Matthew Thornton Blue insurance coverage. The Firm pays the full premium for individual coverage.
Long-term Disability Insurance
The Firm offers long-term disability insurance protection at no cost to employees.
Flexible Benefits Plan
The Firm has established a plan that allows individuals to pay health insurance premiums for dependents with pretax contributions. Employees may also elect to contribute pre-tax contributions to the plan to pay for medical expense reimbursement and dependent care expenses.
Life Insurance
We offer a group term life insurance plan for all eligible full-time employees. Life insurance is provided at no cost to the employee after three months of employment.
Holidays
The Firm observes eight paid holidays each year.
Paid Time Off
All regular employees are eligible for paid time off based on the following schedule:

| Over 12 | 200 |
In addition to the above hours, eligible employees have the option of adding up to 80 hours of time as outlined in Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur’s Production Incentive Bonus Plan (see below).
401(k) Retirement Plan
The purpose of Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur’s retirement plan is to help eligible employees supplement their retirement income. After one month of service, employees may voluntarily contribute a portion of their earnings to one of several investment choices.
Production Incentive Bonus Plan
Available to staff who have successfully met his/her charge hour goal.
