Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur Merger with Bridgman, Valiante & Villard, P.C.	We are pleased to announce the merger of Bridgman Valiante & Villard, P.C. into Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur, CPAs, P.C. effective December, 2008. Bridgman Valiante & Villard, P.C. is a local accounting firm that has been serving clients in the Upper Valley since 1979. We will still be known as Tyler, Simms & St. Sauveur (TSS) and our address will remain the same. By combining forces, we have created the largest CPA practice in the Upper Valley. We will continue to provide auditing, accounting and financial reporting services, tax, consulting, litigation support, business technology and employee benefit plan consulting services to individuals, auto dealerships, privately held and closely held companies in various industries and nonprofit organizations with specializations in independent schools and healthcare. TSS has also become an independent member of the BDO Seidman Alliance, a national association of independently owned local and regional CPA firms and businesses sharing a dedication to exemplary client service. By supplementing our existing services, the BDO Seidman Alliance brings us the necessary tools to better serve our clients with greater flexibility, efficiency and cost-effectiveness, allowing us to utilize professionals with experience in a wide range of industries both domestically and internationally.
